As a Technical Writer Intern at our company in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in creating and organizing technical documentation to support our products and internal processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in creating and updating technical documents, user manuals, and guides. - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to understand technical concepts. - Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all documentation. - Conducting research to improve documentation quality and usability. - Formatting and structuring documents following company guidelines. - Participating in content reviews and incorporating feedback from team members. - Helping manage and organize documentation repositories. To qualify for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (is an added advantage). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or any documentation tools. - Basic understanding of software development concepts is a plus. - Experience with tools like Confluence, GitHub, or Wiki platforms is advantageous. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
