Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, editing, and reviewing technical documentation such as user manuals, API guides, online help, and release notes.
  • Understand and organize technical content received from product, engineering, and SME teams.
  • Format and structure content using industry standards, styles, and templates.
  • Research and gather technical information to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in documents.
  • Work with tools like MS Word, Google Docs, and XML-based editors (training will be provided).
  • Participate in project review meetings and update documentation based on feedback.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong command of English grammar and technical writing style.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and simplify them for users.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts / IT domain (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of DITA XML, Oxygen XML Author, or MadCap Flare (training advantage).
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or version control systems (Git).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic/diagram creation tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Canva.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
