what we are looking for :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, client communication, lead generation, and relationship management. You will work closely with our sales team to support business growth and learn the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads.
  • Support the sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate sales data.
  • Help organize and participate in client meetings, calls, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth sales execution.
  • Meet weekly targets and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Prior internship or coursework in sales or marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
