About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and enterprise-level architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end scalable solutions, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding development teams through best practices and architectural standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and architect large-scale, distributed, and high-performance applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of Microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide strong hands-on technical leadership in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Define architectural blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA) to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Perform architectural reviews, code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Work with teams to adopt best-in-class design principles, patterns, and standards.
• Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and security across all application layers.
• Guide teams on cloud deployments, containerization, API strategies, and integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Mentor developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

Required Technical Skill SetCore Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Core Java, Collections, Multithreading).
• Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with Kafka for event-driven and streaming solutions.
• Strong understanding of system design, architectural patterns, distributed systems, and scalability principles.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, API gateway patterns, and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – added advantage.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and database design principles.
• Understanding of security standards, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and secure coding practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, including architectural design.
• Must be from Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
• Immediate to 10-day joiners only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
