Technical Architect

**Role Overview:** As a dedicated team member, you will be responsible for the implementation and technical aspects of the TMS solution at Blue Yonder. Your role will involve serving as a technical owner, participating in key meetings, making technical decisions, communicating with various stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth services delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a technical owner in key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, customer contacts, and 3rd party vendors/partners - Make technical decisions around product/projects using TMS APIs for communication - Communicate customer-specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements to relevant teams - Interact with Product Management Group & Product Development Team regarding new releases and functionality - Provide technical support to the project team, including quality assurance, performance engineering, troubleshooting, and system testing - Be responsible for services delivery of product implementation and related integration - Work on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects - Stay updated with technology trends, especially cloud technologies, microservices, and SOAP/REST/JSON usage - Act as a senior member of a consulting team on various projects either on-site or offshore **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of Supply Chain Technology exposure, with knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS being a strong advantage - Masters/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline - Expertise in Integration of Supply Chain Products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, and Performance engineering - Strong Supply Chain domain experience - Knowledge of Data Science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML is a plus - Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB Maintenance Jobs, Windows/Unix commands Development, Debugging & Troubleshooting - Exposure to Mule soft, Python, and Azure (Certification) is advantageous - Hands-on Experience in integrating Blue Yonder TMS product with upstream and downstream systems - Familiarity with interfaces between TMS and ERP/Host, WMS - Knowledge of Blue Yonder ABPP is advantageous - Experience in Parcel Handling, INTTRA Integration, or other visibility/rate ware tools related integration preferred - Proficiency in leveraging Job Server Capabilities (SQL) and working on TMS APIs - Ability to resolve complex problems independently - Excellent computer skills with knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration, Middleware technologies, and applications - Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Understanding of Database structures, various functional platforms, and infrastructures - Willingness to travel as per business needs (Note: The additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.),
