Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect / Application Manager / Senior Technical Lead with 15+ years of hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, Microservices, Azure Cloud, and strong exposure to data engineering. The ideal candidate must have full-stack capabilities, strong architecture vision, and proven experience leading cross-functional development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of scalable enterprise applications.
• Oversee front-end & back-end development teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions.
• Drive Azure Cloud adoption, modernization, and cloud-native implementations.
• Manage and guide QA & development teams ensuring adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, timelines & deliverables.
• Work with data engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into workflows.
• Mentor developers, QA engineers, and technical leads for team performance & growth.
• Establish and enforce best coding practices, standards & quality processes.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical reviews, and strategy planning.
• Align technical initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in software development & architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, etc.).
• Proven experience in API-driven development.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of databases, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.
• Experience managing QA processes, automation tools & quality frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,084,638.26 - ₹4,571,910.50 per year
