About The Role
We are looking for an
experienced technical trainer and people leader
to manage, mentor, and develop a batch of 30+ fresh graduates as part of our Graduate Training Program. This role demands strong technical expertise, excellent classroom and mentoring skills, and the ability to track and accelerate learner progress to make them project-ready.You will lead the
end-to-end technical training journey
— from curriculum delivery to performance reviews — ensuring our fresh talent is skilled, confident, and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery
- Lead the technical training program for 30+ graduate hires, ensuring timely curriculum coverage and high learner engagement.
- Oversee both classroom and hands-on lab sessions, ensuring trainees meet technical competency benchmarks.
- Technical Mentorship
- Provide 1:1 and group mentoring, address learning gaps, and offer personalized improvement plans.
- Foster a problem-solving mindset through coding challenges, real-world projects, and technical hackathons.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor learner progress using assessments, assignments, and project work.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with leadership and suggest interventions for underperformers.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with content development teams to refine training materials based on learner feedback.
- Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from training to deployment.
- Culture & Engagement
- Build a high-energy, supportive learning environment that keeps trainees motivated.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, peer-learning activities, and technical showcases.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in technical training, L&D, or early-career program management roles.
- Strong expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms, Core Java/Python, SQL, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring fresh graduate batches (20+ trainees).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical training with program oversight.
- Preferred: Experience in EdTech, IT services, or skill development organizations.
