About the Role
We are looking for passionate trainers and mentors who are eager to teach, inspire, and guide students toward building industry-ready skills.As a trainer, you will conduct daily 3-hour sessions, mentor students over a 6-month structured course, and help them achieve career success in emerging tech fields.This role is ideal for freshers with strong subject knowledge or professionals with training experience who want to make a difference in learners’ careers.Educational Qualification

B.E / M.E
B.Tech / M.Tech

Experience

Fresher with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills can apply
1–3 years of experience in training or teaching preferred

We are hiring trainers in the following domains:

Internet of Things (IoT)
Cybersecurity
AI & Data Science (AI/DS)
Full Stack Development
Digital Marketing
Cloud Computing
DevOps
Future Emerging Skills (Blockchain, Generative AI, AR/VR, Edge AI, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily 3-hour classes for assigned batches
Mentor students throughout their 6-month course duration
Create interactive and practical learning experiences
Track progress and provide regular feedback
Assist in curriculum improvement and content updates
Prepare students for real-world projects and certifications

Candidates should possess strong technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:

IoT: Arduino, ESP32, Python, MQTT, Cloud IoT
Cybersecurity: Ethical hacking, Firewalls, Wireshark, Data Privacy
AI & Data Science: Python, ML Algorithms, Tableau, TensorFlow
Full Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB
Digital Marketing: SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Campaigns, Analytics
Cloud: AWS, Azure, Docker, Serverless Computing
DevOps: Git, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Automation Tools
