Technical Trainer

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team as Junior Trainers. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in training and development while contributing to the growth of students and professionals. Candidates should have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Training and Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on Technical Skills.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training programs tailored to the needs of the audience.
• Travel to different colleges to deliver on-site training programs.
• Content Development:
• Create and update training content, modules, and presentations.
• Design questionnaires, assessments, and other learning materials to evaluate trainees progress.
• Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure high-quality content delivery.

In-House Responsibilities:

• Support the team in developing innovative learning strategies and approaches.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules and logistics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, feedback, and improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

BCA or any related fields

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of learners.

• Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and training centers.

• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS KARNATAKA FOR TRAININGS

• Basic proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning and professional development.
