Technical Trainer :

What is the role about

Key Responsiblities:

Deliver instructor-led technical training, in either a classroom or remotely online, to internal and external audiences including customers, partners, and employees.

Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and eLearning content.

Follow-ups of training and further education programmes to continuously increase customer satisfaction and optimise product training.

Occasional travelling within the scope of the training offered.

Documentation of the trainings carried out and regular reporting to the Training Manager.

Stakeholder Management
: PMO handles high-level stakeholder engagement; the Project Manager engages stakeholders at the project level.

Knowledge Management
: PMO maintains repositories for organizational knowledge; the Project Manager manages project-specific documentation.

Performance Measurement
: PMO tracks organizational KPIs; Project Manager monitors project-specific performance.
