Role Description This is a Contract based, on-site / hybrid role for a Technical Trainer, based in Lucknow. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to a variety of learners, including students and organizational teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing hands-on support to learners, and assessing their progress. The Trainer will also collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure that training content aligns with technical and professional standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Trainers, and Training & Development. Proficiency in curriculum creation and delivering Technical Training programs effectively. Excellent Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Experience or skills in guiding and mentoring participants in their learning journey. Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technological advancements. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience working in educational or technical training environments is a plus.
