Role Description

This is a Contract based, on-site / hybrid role for a Technical Trainer, based in Lucknow. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs to a variety of learners, including students and organizational teams. Daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing hands-on support to learners, and assessing their progress. The Trainer will also collaborate with curriculum development teams to ensure that training content aligns with technical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Trainers, and Training & Development.
• Proficiency in curriculum creation and delivering Technical Training programs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience or skills in guiding and mentoring participants in their learning journey.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technological advancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience working in educational or technical training environments is a plus.
