About the Company

About the Role

Design and deliver technical training sessions, both in-person and online.
Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
Conduct seminars/webinars for employees, partners, and customers.
Provide hands-on product and system training for solar and power electronics.
Evaluate training outcomes and improve content accordingly.
Coordinate with product/engineering teams for updated training inputs.
Support marketing and sales teams with technical training content.
Maintain training records and participant feedback reports.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong knowledge of solar, inverter, and power backup technologies.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Comfortable with public speaking and large audiences.
B.E./B. Tech or M.E./M. Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
4–5 years of total industry experience, preferably with knowledge of solar, inverter, and power backup technologies.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in conducting technical training, seminars, and webinars.
This position is based out of corporate office, Hyderabad.
