Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Jaipur. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting technical training sessions, and ensuring trainees have a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services. Additionally, the trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, update training materials, and collaborate with various departments to address training needs. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Training & Development
• Strong communication skills
• Experience as a Technical Trainer
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments in the industry
• Relevant certifications in Training or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
