Job Description

Job Purpose:

To enhance service quality by training ASPs and technicians, providing real-time technical support, and validating critical part requirements. The role ensures effective issue resolution, circulates technical updates, identifies recurring product issues, and supports field teams through targeted training and collaboration with Key Account Managers.

Role & responsibilities

Training of ASP's & technician of products and troubleshooting steps.
Circulate technical bulletins to field team .
Handle & resolve technical issues received from technician over call.
Validation & approval of high value part requirement raised by Engineer/ASP .
Highlight the frequent problems in product to KAM .
Physical or Online training of Technicians as per requirement .
