Technical Trainer

As a Technical Trainer, your role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions in the domains of Python Programming, Java Development, Data Science, Microsoft Azure, and Data Engineering. You will be responsible for creating effective training content, conducting online/offline sessions, and providing real-time examples to enhance understanding. Additionally, you will guide learners through assessments, case studies, and projects, monitor their progress, and offer feedback to ensure clarity of concepts. Staying updated with current technologies and industry trends is crucial, as well as addressing student doubts effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver effective training content and materials encompassing theory and hands-on practice - Conduct online/offline training sessions as per the schedule - Provide real-time examples and projects to facilitate better understanding - Guide learners through assessments, case studies, and live projects - Monitor the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback - Stay updated with current technologies and industry trends - Address student doubts promptly to ensure clarity of concepts Qualifications Required: - Strong subject knowledge in the chosen domain - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Prior training or mentoring experience preferred - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field - Certification in respective technology is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, etc.) The company is looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in technical training, although freshers with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
