Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 4+ years of proven expertise in building scalable data pipelines, integrating complex datasets, and working with cloud-based and big data technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and real-time data streaming. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and ETL workflows. Work with large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to support data needs. Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement data governance and security best practices. Troubleshoot data issues and identify improvements in data processes. Automate data integration and reporting tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles . Strong programming skills in Python , SQL , and Shell scripting . Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue). Proficiency in data modeling , data warehousing , and database design . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake . Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka . Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms , and system design . Familiarity with CI/CD tools , version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming). Knowledge of Docker , Kubernetes , and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform . Exposure to machine learning pipelines or data science workflows is a plus.
