About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering corporate training programs on emerging technologies, ensuring participants gain practical, industry-ready skills. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to engage and inspire learners in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and deliver corporate training programs across technologies such as:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL)
• Data Science, Data Analytics, Power BI
• Full Stack Development (Python, Java, .NET)
• Conduct interactive, hands-on lab sessions and real-world project-based training.
• Customize training modules to meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into training content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer/technical mentor.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: AI/ML/DL, Data Science, Python, Java, .NET, Power BI, Full Stack Development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging, practical, and outcome-driven training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) or corporate workshops.
• Hands-on experience guiding real-time projects in a corporate or academic setting.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
