Technical Trainer

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech.

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Inventyv Software Services Pvt. Ltd.)

Skill Requirements:

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or a Training Specialist or a similar role
• Portfolio of conducting multiple training events in the corporate environment
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capability to present complex information in simple terms to a variety of participants
• Understanding of learning principles and behavioral theories
• Expertise to master the full training cycle
• Proficiency in learning management software
• Understanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques

Role & responsibilities

Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through consultation with managers

• Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
• Design and Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. to address skill gaps in employees
• Translate needs into training that help groom the employees for the next levels of their career path
• Monitor and provide feedback about employee performance and response to training
• Understand the current Development, Deployment and Monitoring processes inside organization & impart process training
• Work with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
• Supervise or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, aids, and classroom handouts
• Support and mentor new employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in employee development
