Technical Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Technical Trainer to conduct engaging sessions, workshops, and presentations on Artificial Intelligence and related technologies. The trainer will play a key role in outreach activities, awareness programs, and technical capacity-building initiatives for students, professionals, and partner institutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML and excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interactive technical sessions, seminars, and workshops on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.Deliver outreach presentations in School, universities, and industry forums to promote institutional programs and initiatives.Design and develop training content, slides, and hands-on modules tailored for various audience levels.Demonstrate practical AI applications, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Support capacity-building and awareness programs in collaboration with academic and corporate partners.Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure content relevance.Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and outreach drives as a technical spokesperson.Prepare training reports, attendance records, and feedback summaries.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience (1–3 years) in AI/ML model development, research, or training delivery.Strong knowledge of AI concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).Excellent presentation and communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).Ability to engage and inspire audiences with a passion for teaching emerging technologies.Willingness to travel for outreach programs across institutions and events.Preferred Skills:Experience in academic outreach, hackathons, or technical evangelism.Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI, and industry applications.Certification in AI/ML from recognized platforms (Google, Microsoft, Coursera, etc.) will be an advantage.Employment Type:Full-TimeLocation:[Willing to Travel for Outreach Activities]Salary Range:As per industry standards / based on experience
