Technical Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on

  OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Python, and Coding Fundamentals

  .
• Train students on

  company-specific technical skills

  and prepare them for

  coding assessments

  and technical interviews.
• Conduct

  hands-on lab sessions, coding challenges, mock tests, and hackathons

  to enhance practical learning.

• Mentor and guide students

  throughout their placement preparation journey, providing support for technical interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with the

  Training & Placement Cell

  to design and implement

  customized training modules

  aligned with industry requirements.
• Continuously assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills.
  
• Stay updated with the latest

  industry trends, technologies, and recruitment patterns

  to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Coordinate with corporate partners to understand their

  technical skill expectations

  and integrate those into the training curriculum.
