Technical Trainer

Job Summary

The Technical Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Computer Hardware, Windows 11, Networking Essentials (CCNA), Server Administration, and Red Hat Linux. The role involves both theoretical and practical instruction, lab management, and guiding students toward global IT certifications and career readiness. The trainer will also ensure alignment with Jetking’s academic standards and the latest industry practices.

Key Responsibilities1. Training & Classroom Delivery

• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on Hardware, Windows 11, Networking, Server, CCNA, and Red Hat Linux.
• Deliver lessons following Jetking’s SmartLab+ methodology and approved course modules.
• Plan and execute hands-on lab activities and demonstrations for practical understanding.
• Ensure students grasp both theoretical concepts and real-world troubleshooting techniques.

2. Student Guidance & Evaluation

• Assess students through regular quizzes, practical tests, and project work.
• Mentor students for international certifications like CCNA, RHCSA/RHCE, and CompTIA.
• Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized academic support.

3. Lab & Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and update the training lab systems, ensuring all PCs, routers, switches, and servers are functional.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11, Red Hat Linux, and networking equipment.
• Manage service desk tools for ticketing and practical demonstrations.

4. Networking & Server Administration

• Demonstrate key networking concepts including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Train students on Windows Server administration — including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
• Provide Linux server administration training — covering user management, permissions, and shell commands.

5. Academic & Administrative Duties

• Maintain attendance records, performance data, and feedback reports.
• Coordinate with the Center Supervisor and Center Manager to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and events organized by Jetking Bhubaneswar.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry certification updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Certifications (Optional/Preferred):
• CCNA / Networking+
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• MCSA / Windows Server Certification
• Technical Skills:
• Computer Hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Windows 11 configuration and support
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VLANs)
• Server administration (Windows & Linux)
• Service desk / ticketing tool experience
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Patience, mentorship ability, and team collaboration
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
