The School of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking a passionate and accomplished Technical Trainer to strengthen students’ programming foundations, enhance their problem-solving skills and Automata Fix, and elevate their employability for top-tier placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs focused on DSA, Automata Fix, and programming logic.
• Foster a strong programming mindset through hands-on coding sessions, real-world problem-solving, and project-based learning.
• Conduct mock interviews, coding tests, and online assessments using platforms such as HackerRank, LeetCode, and CodeChef.
• Guide students in preparing for company-specific coding challenges, technical interviews, and aptitude assessments.
• Track and analyze student performance, maintain detailed progress reports, and continually refine training strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, programming tools, and evolving industry hiring trends to align training with real-world needs.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training and placement coordination within academia or industry.
• Expertise in DSA, Automata Fix, and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or C).
• Professional certifications in one or more areas such as Programming, Databases, Cloud & DevOps, Full Stack Web Development, Cyber Security, Graphics and Gaming, AI/ML or IoT.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and analytical skills with a student-centric approach.
• Demonstrated record of enhancing student coding performance and achieving strong placement outcomes.
