Job Description

Responsibilities

• Executive assistant will be responsible for the coordination of calendars of senior management, scheduling meetings, and acting as a liaison between management and employees.
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with staff and visitors
• Provide personalized executive and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
• Organizing meetings and appointments through digital modes (zoom/ google/ skype/ MS Teams) or face-to-face.
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
• Handle and distribute all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Provide general support to visitors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as executive assistant or similar administrative role
• Candidate should be graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 5-7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
