Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions (in-person, virtual, or blended) on technical topics, products, or systems.
• Content Development: Design and create high-quality training materials, including presentations, user manuals, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, and assessments.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and skill gaps across the organization.
• Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials through feedback, assessments, and metrics, and make continuous improvements.
• Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with relevant technical subjects, software, hardware, or industry trends to ensure training content is current and accurate.
