Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and skilled Engineering or IT graduates interested in becoming Technical Trainers. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, mentoring students, and delivering high-quality training across various IT and emerging technology domains.

All required materials and syllabus will be provided — trainers are expected to learn, prepare, and deliver sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver offline technical training sessions as per the given syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Guide and mentor learners throughout their training journey.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with current technologies and tools.
• Support students in project-based learning and career preparation.
