We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Fincita Consulting as a Technical System Administrator! If you’re passionate about system administration and eager to contribute to a dynamic, innovative IT team, we want to hear from you. 📍 Location: Cochin, Trivandrum, Kerala, or Remote 🕒 Experience: 3–5 years 💼 Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do: Software Installation: Configure and manage software on Windows and Linux environments to support critical business applications. Application Deployment: Support seamless deployment of in-house and custom applications. Collaboration: Work closely with agile development teams to optimize system performance and resolve architecture challenges. Troubleshooting & Innovation: Diagnose system issues, adopt cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with vendors for smooth software integrations. System Upgrades: Plan and execute software releases and upgrades to ensure operational excellence. Backup & Recovery: Manage system backups and recovery processes for maximum reliability. Data Integrity: Monitor configurations to maintain security standards and data integrity. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems. Strong knowledge of OS security policies and best practices. Proven expertise in AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS). Practical experience with Docker for containerized application deployments. Proficiency in shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation. Experience with performance monitoring tools (Nagios, CloudWatch, etc.) for Windows applications and Oracle databases.
