Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for mobile applications listed on a major app distribution platform.
• Troubleshoot issues like app crashes, installation failures, login problems, and other usability concerns.
• Communicate with users through email, chat, or voice support to resolve technical issues.
• Escalate complex problems to internal technical teams as needed.
• Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles for future reference.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Android OS and mobile app ecosystems.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability.
• Basic understanding of network-related concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity).
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk roles.
• Graduate in any discipline with valid documentation.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
