Technical Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical support tickets in a timely manner
  • Work with the core engineering team to create and maintain tooling related to support functions
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot software and network issues
  • Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with development teams to escalate bugs and feature requests
  • Provide clear communication to members via the operations team throughout the support process
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts as part of a 24/7 support structure
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with ticket management systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Simphony POS
  • Knowledge of payment gateways and processing systems
