This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. As a Technical Support Specialist at OneClick Technologies LLC, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of support interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills - 1-2 years of relevant experience - Experience in resolving issues with Windows OS, Mac OS & Chrome OS - Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities - Networking Certification - Experience in handling tasks related to OS re-installation and Peripheral devices setup - Fluent English communication skills as our clients are based out of North America - Upselling skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Mandatory experience in IT or technical support - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus The salary range for this position is 3.6 - 5.00 LPA.
