As an Expert Support II/III, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the Cards domain, utilizing your 8 to 15 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling production support tasks related to PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and application support. - Utilizing your expertise in the Cards domain to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. - Applying C and testing techniques for secondary support tasks. You are required to have the following qualifications: - 8 to 15 years of experience in production support, with a focus on PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and application support. - Prior experience in the Cards domain is mandatory for consideration. - Proficiency in C and testing techniques will be an added advantage.
