Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Expert with at least 2 years of experience to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over the phone, providing first-level technical assistance, and ensuring prompt resolution with a customer-first approach. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth product usage.

Experience Required:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support/customer service role, preferably in software product support.
  • Hands-on experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, software installation, and error handling.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,114.45 - ₹32,028.58 per month
