Technical Support Expert

Job Title:

Role & responsibilities

• Network Troubleshooting:

  Serve as the primary point of contact to diagnose and resolve customer issues related to internet connectivity (Broadband/Fiber), Wi-Fi setup, and service performance via voice support.

• Customer Communication:

  Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication standards in English to clearly articulate complex technical steps to non-technical users.

• Issue Ownership:

  Own and manage the customer issue lifecycle from the initial call through to resolution, adhering to defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics for response and resolution time.

• Hardware Configuration:

  Effectively guide customers through the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of

  modems, routers, and peripheral networking equipment

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 to 4 years of direct experience in a Voice Technical Support or Customer Service environment.

• Communication:

  Flawless verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. The candidate must have a neutral accent and the ability to clearly explain complex technical steps.

• Location/Commitment:

  Must be residing in Hyderabad and be comfortable working rotational shifts (including nights).

• Educational Background:

  An Undergraduate or above.
