Job Title: Software Support Executive

Location: Lucknow, Munsipulia (Work from Office)

Joining Date: Immediate (Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates)

Salary:₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide software support to customers and internal teams via Call, Remote, chat or Email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and maintenance.
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the support ticket system.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues.
• Train end-users on software functionalities and features.
• Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
• Basic understanding of software troubleshooting and support processes.
• Knowledge of database management and software integration is a plus.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Freshers are welcome; however, prior experience in software support is a plus.
