Job Title: Software Support Executive Location: Lucknow, Munsipulia (Work from Office) Company: VidyaOne IT Solutions Private Limited Joining Date: Immediate (Open to Freshers and Experienced Candidates) Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Incentives Key Responsibilities: Provide software support to customers and internal teams via Call, Remote, chat or Email. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. Assist with software installation, updates, and maintenance. Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the support ticket system. Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues. Train end-users on software functionalities and features. Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.
