Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Executive at Trueline Solution, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and efficient solutions to client issues through various communication channels such as Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of daily communications, collaborating with team members, and ensuring client satisfaction through your problem-solving skills and software expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the nature of client issues and resolve them promptly. - Resolve client issues via Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software. - Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients. - Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer and standards. - Update self-help manual for customers/employees. - Identify software problems, advise on solutions, and give software demos. - Maintain accurate records of customer/employee queries and issues resolved. - Assess each customer or employee's IT knowledge levels. - Possess good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Deal with difficult callers effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or BCA preferred. - 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service preferred. - Proficiency in English language. - Self-motivated, team player with good communication skills.
