We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to help resolve pension-related issues. This role involves assisting pension beneficiaries, answering queries, and troubleshooting any system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Pension Query Resolution: Assist pensioners and administrators with pension-related queries including discrepancies in pension amounts and calculation errors.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues related to pension data, transactions, and system errors, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
User Assistance: Guide pension beneficiaries in accessing their details, submitting claims, and using the platform effectively.
System Monitoring: Monitor the system for any issues affecting pension processing and work with the technical team to resolve them.
Record Keeping: Document all interactions and issues for future reference, tracking resolution and identifying recurring problems.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
