Job Description

We are seeking a patient and technically proficient Technical Support Specialist to provide troubleshooting and resolution for [company/organisation]'s IT systems, software, and hardware issues, ensuring smooth operations for internal users and/or external customers in [industry/sector].

Responsibilities

- Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, providing timely and effective solutions for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals; escalate complex issues to senior support or vendors as needed.

- Install, configure, and maintain user hardware and software; ensure systems are up-to-date with necessary patches and updates.

- Assist users with connectivity issues, VPN, and network access; troubleshoot basic network problems and liaise with service providers if required.

- Guide users on the use of company-provided software, tools, and applications; provide training or documentation as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,200.00 - ₹11,200.00 per month
