Job Description

Technical Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Analyse Power BI reports, other internal tools used to manage advertising data

2.Analyse survey data, Track survey progress and performance metrics, identifying any issues or deviations and make sure they are met by SLA (Service Level Agreement).

3.Follow the quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity

4.Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

5.Communicate effectively with suppliers to address and resolve fieldwork-related challenges

Excellent communication

Technical Skills:

  • Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or MacOS).
  • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting software issues.
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred candidate profile: IT support/Tech Support/Application Support/Desktop Support
