Job Title: Technical Support Executive / Engineer (Fresher)
Location: Mahim West, Mumbai
Experience Required: 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our support team. The candidate will assist customers in resolving technical issues, provide product guidance, and ensure smooth functioning of IT/software solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and a keen interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote sessions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot issues related to document management software applications.
• Log, track, and manage customer issues using ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications or systems.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, FAQs, and support knowledge base.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with customers regarding issue status and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to OEMs with proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, databases (SQL/MySQL), and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Office 365.
• Understanding of ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Python).
• Internship or project experience in IT support or software implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
