Role Description – Sales Agent (Canadian Immigration Process) We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our Canadian Immigration (PR Visa) division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, explaining the Canadian PR process, and converting inquiries into clients. The role demands strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to guide clients through the immigration journey. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in Canadian PR Explain Canadian immigration process, eligibility, and program details (e.g., Express Entry, PNP) Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Convert leads into confirmed clients by meeting monthly sales targets Maintain updated client records and call status reports Provide excellent client service and resolve basic immigration queries Work closely with the immigration experts and documentation team Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration rules and PR programs Qualifications Prior experience in sales/immigration/overseas consultancy is a plus Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets Basic knowledge of Canadian PR visa process preferred (training will be provided) Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools 12th Pass minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred Contact person - Vandana Verma Contact Number - 9871361999
