Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using ERP software. You will work during the night shift (PST Timings) and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers through tickets, email, and virtual meetings. - Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly. - Log and track customer issues using a ticketing system. - Ensure customer satisfaction by keeping customers informed of the progress on open issues. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to address customer problems effectively. - Continuously enhance your knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry advancements.
