Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or diploma holder with a computer background to launch their career in the rapidly growing cloud services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Communication:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer queries related to web hosting, domain management, and email services
  • Assist clients with Google Workspace setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Support Microsoft 365 implementations, user management, and issue resolution
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed support tickets

Technical Operations:

  • Monitor and maintain hosting infrastructure performance
  • Assist with SSL certificate installations and renewals
  • Perform basic website troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
  • Support domain registration, transfer, and DNS management
  • Collaborate with senior technical team members on complex issues

Service Delivery:

  • Ensure timely response to customer support requests
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Follow established support procedures and escalation protocols
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and documentation updates

Required Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • OR Diploma in Computer Science/IT with relevant certifications
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic networking concepts)
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of email protocols (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
  • Understanding of domain name systems (DNS) and web hosting concepts
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Customer service orientation with patience and empathy
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles
  • Certifications in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
