Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a technical and customer-focused environment. You will assist in resolving software and platform-related queries and provide support for tools used in email campaigns and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in responding to technical support queries via email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to software, CRM, or email platforms.
• Support internal teams with tasks related to email campaigns and marketing tools.
• Log issues, maintain support records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Learn and adapt to various tools used for customer support and email marketing.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of computers, internet, and common software.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn CRM tools, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, or related disciplines).
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or email tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,556.81 per month
