Responsibilities: * Learn technical names of product and fault descriptions for start effective communication. * Manage end-to-end spare parts logistics: arranging shipments from factory to all service locations and coordinating the return of faulty components for repair. * Actively monitor and respond to customer and engineer inquiries on WhatsApp, ensuring timely communication. * Proactively follow up with field engineers to ensure timely completion of customer complaints.
