We focus on providing innovative products and efficient service support to the transport and electronics sectors through our skilled technical and coordination teams. Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Coordinator (WFH) who is energetic, responsible, and technically knowledgeable to manage daily service and field coordination remotely. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, familiarity with C and C++ programming, and must be proactive in attending and coordinating service calls at any time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily field activities and assign tasks to engineers. Attend service calls promptly and communicate effectively between clients and field teams. Track work progress and ensure timely completion of service tasks. Provide remote technical support for basic electrical and device-related issues. Coordinate with the technical team for minor programming or configuration requirements. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Escalate issues when required and ensure proper follow-up for closure. Ensure smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science or related field. Basic Technical and Electrical knowledge  Knowledge of C and C++ programming. Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English/Tamil preferred). Must be active and responsive to attend service calls anytime. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Comfortable working remotely and multitasking effectively.
