You will also be required to maintain thorough documentation of test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations pertaining to quality control will be a crucial aspect of your role. In the event of quality deviations, you will need to conduct root cause analyses and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in training site teams on quality control procedures and best practices in construction. Your support in the project handover processes will be vital to ensure completion of all quality documentation. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 4 years of experience in Civil Engineering, 3 years in QA/QC, 2 years in Industrial Projects, and preferably 2 years in Billing Civil.
