Office Administrator

Designation: Office Administrator   Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Manage office operations, maintain records, and ensure efficient communication within the command center and with external stakeholders. - Facility Management: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and supplies for the command center, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for services, supplies, and equipment, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and administrative activities. - Communication: Provide support to the command center team, handle phone calls, emails, and messages, and ensure seamless communication.   Required Skills:- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management software, and other relevant tools. - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions.   Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
