Position Technical Support Executive
Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate with CPCT or Graduate in CS/IT or MCA.
Experience.
2-to-3-year experience in Technical Support of PHP CMS or Web-based application in PHP, CSS, HTM, JS, Framework. Place of Position Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Role & Responsibilities.
1. MPCST Websites updation/maintenance through CMS
2. Coordination with MPCST officials.
3. Getting Verified contents from all divisions of MPCST
4. Maintenance and updation of content through CMS
5. Checking and verification of uploaded contents to ensure accuracy and consistency
6. Coordination with CRISP off-site team for rectification of any technical issues
7. Record keeping for archival and backup purpose
8. Any other assignment awarded through mutual consent of both the organizations.
9. Must have good speed in Hindi and English typing
10.Preference will be given to candidate working in Govt office or projects.
11.Place of work will be at client side.
