Job Description

Technical Support Executive

You’ll be the first point of contact for users and play a key role in maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    L1 technical support

    via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot basic

    hardware, software, and application issues

  • Log, track, and update tickets using support tools
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear manner
  • Ensure

    SLA adherence

    and timely closures
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Follow support processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of

    computer systems, operating systems, and applications

  • Familiarity with

    Windows / macOS environments

  • Basic networking knowledge (internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple language
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required
